How do I create a caregiver profile?
Sign up as a caregiver, verify your email with the code we send you, then fill out your profile from the home page. Providers can't see you until it's saved.
How does the application process work?
You apply to a job, the provider reviews it and can move it to interview, and an admin gives final approval before it's marked hired. You'll get an email at every step.
I didn't get my verification code — what now?
Check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, the verification page has a "Resend code" button that sends a new one.
How do referral codes work?
Every caregiver gets a code on their home page. Share the link with someone who doesn't have an account yet, and it's prefilled automatically when they sign up.
How do I post a job as a provider?
Sign up as a provider, verify your email, then post a job from your home page. You can edit or take down a posting any time from "My jobs."
